cooling issue better service
the breakfast buffet was amazing and varied! staff were very helpful.
the ac did not get cool for several hrs. an engineer came but could not fix it. i expected better service.

good breakfast large pools ideal location
the breakfast had good variety. i liked the two pools and their size. the location its ideal with walking distance to many places. the hotel even upgraded my room which i appreciated.
the lift was busy. it stopped on every floor making it long to get to my floor. i hope they can.

lovely stay in a vibrant area
great choice helpful staff
the location is fantastic , close to the beach and shopping centers. i found the staff helpful and the bellboy service was wonderful. the breakfast offered a great choice , varied each day. the swimming pools were good , especially the one with a swim-up bar.
i found the bed to be quite hard. also , there was noise until late at night. it reminded me of being in a nightclub , as my room faced soi 7 on floor 6. i wouldn't stay there again.

quiet room short walk convenient location
i found the location very convenient. it is close to many bars and pubs , but my room remained quiet , allowing me to rest well. the beach road is just a short walk away. i enjoyed the ease of accessing both entertainment and the shoreline.
the reception staff could improve their service. i noticed they sometimes seemed unhelpful , which affected the initial impression.

solid stay with great amenities
excellent breakfast convenient location rooftop pools great price
i found the breakfast buffet to be a highlight of my stay with its hygiene, taste, and variety. multiple cuisines were available, it was convenient. the location was right in the heart of the city, there was lots of energy around. two rooftop pools offered a great bonus, the water was clear. i got a great price for the days i stayed.

The staff provided great assistance. The breakfast offered many choices and good quality. The swimming pool was well-kept. I found the location convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Overall I was pleased with the services and facilities.
The street outside could be noisy at times due to the various bars. Sound insulation in the rooms could be improved to minimize external disturbances. This issue sometimes impacted my sleep quality.
